On the move?

I currently have a large, oblong-sort of protuberance running from front to back on my right side. Either my child is deformed and has huge appendages, or it is her back sticking out there and she is currenly sideways. Yes, sideways, like a cute little donut. Great. She was diagnonal last Tuesday. Is she turning, playing around, or have we discovered her first Francis-like trait -- being directionally challenged? I am truly confused since something small keeps poking up and out between my ribs. Fist? Foot? Whatever is going on in there, she has until next Wednesday to get where she's going. That is when we find out if we are good for delivery or are off down the road of version vs. c-section.
