Still trying...

I am still trying to catch a picture of "the" smile. Usually, I just enjoy Ella's smiles when they come. When I try to record them, however, she gets a little distracted by the camera. This smile-fest was not sparked by dear old Mom, but rather by the bunnies on the mobile in her crib (she already likes to "talk" to them) and the stripey blanket that Cousin Beth made for her. She totally digs mobiles and stripes.

Stinking cute.

In other news... I learned today that one of my great-grandmother's names was actually Frances Ella. Freaky, no?

P.S. I just finished Chapter Six!! (that's six of six for those of you who wonder)
