Ella on traffic...

During a trip to visit family in Chicago last weekend, we encountered a small traffic backup due to a flooded road.  Ella was in the backseat, watching the road ahead, anxiously awaiting our arrival (finally!!) at "Abby house".   It took me a minute to realize that when she was saying, "Cue-mees, share!" (excuse me, share!), she was talking to the oh-so-rude motorists ahead of us that had blocked her path to her cousin's house!  

It is good for us to remember that she actually knows her manners, especially since she has not used them much lately.  A pretty significant bout of RSV has had her acting not at all herself.  Time-outs, tantrums and whining are permeating our household lately.  Let's all pray we can "fix" her by Monday!  Her fever has finally broken and she has an appetite, so we are optimistically hoping that the end of the madness is near!
