We are home! Ella and I have been away for about 9 days, Scott was home for a few hours last Wednesday to collect Cammy and then re-joined us at the Lemke place. We all had a great time, and although Ella's threshold for time away from home has mercifully extended from 2 to 8 days, she managed to squeal, yell and generally pitch a fit most of the way home today. She was very happy to be reunited with her cats, toys and books. We were not planning on being away for so long at once, but it seemed to work out well for the most part. Somehow, her fishes ("biss-biss") made it 9 days on a 3-day feeder... yeah!
